100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all Stetzerizer Filter Orders
All Stetzerizer brand products are backed by a 60 day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.  If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your Stetzerizer brand purchase, or you change your mind, you may contact us to obtain return authorization, and return your order.  You are responsible for the shipping costs for the return plus the original actual shipping costs ($11-15 usually) incurred by us.  As long as the return is received within 60 days of your original purchase, we will refund the entire price of your order minus the original actual shipping cost we incurred.

If your order is incorrect or if any of the merchandise is damaged, we will provide you with a return shipping label and then we will replace the item free of charge once we receive it.

To request return authorization, the best way is by emailing us at [email protected] or using the contact forum at http://support.electrahealth.com. You must have return authorization prior to sending us a package.

Non-Stetzerizer brand products are returnable in new (resellable) condition with all packaging, parts, accessories, manuals, etc within 30 days of your receipt of the order, unless otherwise specified on the product information/detail page.  Please obtain return authorization as described above before returning any products.  

Some special-order items like cut shielding material, opened air-tube headsets, bed canopies, and DNA filters may be non-returnable or returnable for consignment sale only.  The product description of some items states this, but be sure to ask before ordering to verify the returnability status of products.  Most non-Stetzerizer items are returnable and will incur a customary restocking fee of 5% to up to 20%.  This fee is usually waived for exchanges.  Customer is responsible for paying the original shipping charges on the order if free shipping was applied, as well as the return shipping costs.  Customers should always verify that they received their refund.  ElectraHealth is not responsible for refunds 90 days or more past the date we received your refund package.

Appointment cancellation - telephone and on-site consultation orders must be canceled more than 48 hours (2 days) in advance of the scheduled appointment time that was arranged.  Cancellations made within 48 hours will not be refunded, except at our sole discretion.  Missed appointments will also not be refunded except at our sole discretion.
