An excellent book by Dr. Samuel Milham, a revered medical doctor specializing in public health epidemiology. In this book, Dr. Milham highlights his background, how he grew up and became a doctor, how he had an affinity for public health research - the studying of environmental factors of disease and mortality. Researchers like Doctor Milham are how we link certain chemicals, occupations, and other pollutants like electricity to increased risk of specific diseases and causes of death.
Dr. Milham is truly one of the last of a generation of true pure scientists - interested only in the truth of what scientific study reveals. The truth is hard to find today, because commercial and corporate and governmental interests are money and not public health. The industries such as energy companies, consumer electronics, and wireless communications do not want anyone knowing the dangers of the technologies and the steps that should be taken to mitigate the health risks. Their modern teams of universities, scientists, and "self-regulated" self-funded studies are designed and engineered with the results already in place - "all of this stuff you buy is 100% safe we promise!"
Luckily more and more studies, including the studies Dr. Milham and colleagues have published in medical journals, have shown a relationship between exposure to non-ionizing radiation such as the high frequency dirty electricity on your lines with cancer, diabetes, and many other health problems. More and more studies are coming out from Europe on the effects of cell phones as well. Hope is not yet lost.
This book is a must-read for anyone interested in harmful EMF and the "dirty secret" of electrification - the high frequency dirty electricity that is hiding everywhere.
The book is a little over 100 pages long. It's very to-the-point and filled with powerful information. A fast read that can and should be shared with as many people as possible to raise awareness that we need to examine the way we use electricity and wireless products. Our lives may depend upon it. This is the Second Edition of Dr. Milham's book. It is the same as the first edition, with changes shown in bold so that you can see how it was updated from the previous edition. |
