"Smart" Meters
This one minute YouTube video shows local reporting in Spanish on the "smart" meter revolt in the Dominican Republic. Hundreds of meters were removed and put in front of the electricity company offices of the north in the city of Peidro Blanca, Province of Monseñor Nouel.
