VIDEO: The City of Berkeley, CA has voted unanimously to warn cell phone purchasers of dangers of RF radiation.

Use it to remove your consent, demand removal, and enforce liability for any installations of “smart” / “advanced” / “AMI” meter (i.e. trespassing technology). Utility executives and public officials can be held liable in their individual capacity for all harm caused, and for violating the U.S. Constitution. Whether your utility has installed a “smart” meter on your home, or you still have an analog meter, use the document process below. It can be adapted for any region internationally.

A utility cooperative in rural Northern California has been ordered by Plumas County Superior Court Judge Janet Hilde to cancel the opt out fee and monthly fee for reading the analog meter, allowing StopSmartMeters.org Director Josh Hart to self-read the analog meter.

Government’s latest Orwellian tools to spy on citizens, known as “smart meters,” are literally blowing up and catching fire, risking lives and property to facilitate what even officials acknowledge amounts to intrusive state surveillance. In fact, your home may already have been fitted with one of the dangerous meters in recent years. The latest explosions of the controversial espionage devices, used to monitor citizens’ electricity and water usage, happened in California last week.

Some major players in the insurance world are taking their own stance against the risks being posed by exposure wireless technology including "smart meters". A global insurer, Lloyd's of London, known for taking on risky policies has put in a major exclusion clause for all policy holders, to exclude coverage related to exposure to wireless devices as of February 7, 2015.

Numerous media outlets are reporting that an inebriated driver in Stockton hit a pole yesterday, causing a powerful electrical surge that led dozens of “smart meters” to explode or catch fire.

Reuben Lattimore opted out of getting a smart electricity meter installed at his Pikesville home last year, fearing the potential health affects of radiation from the device. Now, Baltimore Gas and Electric Co. wants to install another device at his home that raises the same concerns.

The Public Service Company of Oklahoma will now allow customers to opt out of having a so-called "smart meter" on their homes, at least temporarily.

This past week has been one of the worst ever for “smart meters” in terms of critical news reporting and negative revelations about these devices.  Clearly, things are quickly spiraling out of control worldwide in terms of anybody believing that the smart meters are anything more than a giant and costly albatross hanging around the necks of consumers.
