Based upon this judge’s reasoning, it is acceptable to invade your privacy by collecting massive amounts of data about what goes on in your home as long as you cannot prove the government utility, in this case, actually used the information for other than billing purposes.

Wireless
Wireless devices transmit information using radiofrequency/ microwave radiation. The international biomedical research community has been studying the impact of such radiation on biological systems for decades, but more intensely in recent years. The vast majority of the thousands of peer-reviewed research publications of this community, when funded independent of the wireless industries, are finding biological effects of concern.

Radiofrequency (RF) emissions from wireless devices are likely linked to a number of health conditions and diseases, such as cancer and various other disorders, a new study suggests. The conclusion section of the study states: “The analysis of modern data on biological effects of low intensity RFR leads to a firm conclusion that this physical agent is a powerful oxidative stressor for living [cells].”
